At LODHA LIANA MANPADA, we provided comprehensive Supply, Installation, Testing, and Commissioning (SITC) of sub-station equipment, including Ring Main Units (RMUs), 22 kV HT breakers, and outdoor oil-type transformers. Our services covered RTCC panels, DTC metering, and essential safety items like fire extinguishers, danger boards, and first aid boxes. We also handled feeder pillar installation as per MSEDCL standards and supplied and laid 22 kV XLPE aluminum conductor cables. Additionally, we managed all MSEDCL approvals, inspections, and permissions, ensuring full compliance with regulatory requirements for smooth project execution.
At LODHA FORESTA, Grade Electricals successfully carried out the Supply, Installation, Testing, and Commissioning (SITC) of comprehensive electrical works for the project. Essential components like RTCC panels, DTC metering, fire extinguishers, danger boards, rubber mats, fire buckets, first aid boxes, single line diagrams, and stone spreading in DG and substation areas were also installed.
For Feeder Pillars and LT Distribution, we installed various feeder pillars with interlocking arrangements, along with PRODIGY meters and enclosures. The HV installation involved the supply and laying of 22kV XLPE aluminum conductor cables, including terminations, joints, CSS touchproof terminations, and PVC insulated copper conductor armored control cables. We also completed the installation of cable trays inside substation trenches.
Additionally, we handled liaison charges to ensure all work complied with MSEDCL norms, managing necessary approvals and inspections to meet regulatory requirements.
