Grade Electricals Pvt. Ltd. has been contracted to carry out the following electrical repair and installation tasks at Weatherford, Barmer:

1. Main Power Panel & Sub Distribution Boards: Supply, Installation, Testing, and Commissioning (SITC) of a 630 Amps Main Power Panel, 125 Amps Sub Distribution Board with multiple MCBs for different current ratings.

2. SITC socket boxes with RCCB and various industrial sockets.

3. Supply and installation of GI perforated cable trays with necessary supports and painting.

4. Removal and re-laying of cables with proper dressing and fixing in the new cable trays.

5. Supply and termination of cables using heavy-duty copper/aluminum lugs and double compression cable glands.

6. Installation of earthing systems, including cast iron earthing pipes, GI earthing strips and copper FRLS earth cables.

7. Installation of copper earth flats, heavy-duty lightning arrestors, and insulators.

8. Installation of shock treatment charts, SLD drawings, load calculations, and identification tags for electrical equipment.

9. Dressing and clamping of loose cables/conduits in various areas.
